JOB DUTIES: Administer and supervise the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software using tools as Datastage, Quality stage, Quality center, Unix, Linux, SQL, DB2 Visualizer, InfoSphere, relational databases, data warehouse. Work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis. Design quality technical solutions, review data loaded into the data warehouse for accuracy, assist in developing, maintenance, and support of an enterprise data warehouse system and corresponding data marts, troubleshoot and tune existing data warehouse components from the data integration perspective, conduct research into new data warehouse applications and determine viability for adoption, assist in the development of standards / best practices. Travel/relocate to various unanticipated locations to interact with clients and train end users for various long and short term assignments.
EDUCATION Master’s Degree in Computer Science /Computer Information
REQUIRED: Systems / Information Technology/Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering / Engineering (Any) or closely related. Employer also accepts Bachelors degree in Computer Science /Computer Information Systems / Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering /Electronics Engineering / Engineering (Any) or closely related major plus five years of progressive experience in the job offered or closely related fields. Travel And/Or Relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
EXPERIENCE Experience of Six months using ETL Tools or Datastage or BI
REQUIRED: Reporting Tools is required.
